For Eloise’s second session we had some fun outside in the backyard. It was amazing to see how much she had grown and developed over the months since her newborn session. As expected, she is even more adorable than before. I can’t wait to see what she’s like at our third session!

Amy and Matt wanted to mark their 10th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in their hometown of Bath, Maine. They invited family and a few friends to join them, and I had the honor of photographing it. Amy and Matt were so adorable and gracious, and we had a ton of fun taking pictures. It was an amazing afternoon filled with love and laughter (well, not all the little ones were so thrilled with having to be in pictures).  I am very grateful for Amy for calling me about photographing this event! It was a real joy to meet her and Matt and their wonderful family.

I’m a huge craft beer geek. Lucky for me I live in the Northeast where there are some amazing breweries. We here in Maine are particularly blessed. One of my favorite breweries, Smuttynose, is just over the state line in Portsmouth, NH. They are in the process of building a new facility, but you can still take their awesome tour at the Portsmouth brewery. A fellow craft beer fan and I went to check out what they had on tap, and I brought along my camera to see if there was anything fun to photograph. Their tasting at the beginning AND end of the tour is well worth the small price of admission. It is basically limitless, and if you’re lucky they will have a small cask of something special for you to try. I definitely recommend checking out Smutty beers.
