Patti, Keith, and I met for coffee one winter morning, and before we parted ways I knew I would be crushed if they didn’t hire me to photograph their wedding. We laughed our way through our meeting. That kind of rapport and connection is what makes this job so special and rewarding. And it also helps make the wedding day all that more enjoyable and less stressful.<\/p>\n

The wedding was on a perfect spring day at the gorgeous Spruce Point Inn<\/a> in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. I loved how Patti and Keith put their fun personalities into their wedding attire. Patti wore a fabulous dress and perhaps the most perfect wedding shoes ever (see photo below). And Keith’s madras pants make quite the statement.<\/p>\n

I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet this amazing couple. I only wish they lived in Portland so we could get together more often. Many thanks to Patti and Keith, as well as their wonderful friends and family, for welcoming so warmly on their big day. It was a true honor and joy to be able to document it for them.<\/p>\n
