Ella’s Bat Mitzvah kicked off the spring season with a bang! It was good to get back to work after a long winter, and I felt so lucky that my first big job was this wonderful family’s event. Ella’s service was at the beautiful Maine Jewish Museum‘s Etz Chaim Synagogue.  She rocked her torah and haftarah readings. No small feet when you’re singing in front of more than 80 friends and family in Hebrew! The party followed at The Landing in Scarborough where the guests celebrated Ella’s great achievement. Good food, dancing, and lots of laughter and love filled the lofty space at The Landing late into the evening. Congratulations to Ella for a job well done!
